NovelLush and these terms
NovelLush is a fiction reading service operated by Henry, an individual developer in the United States. These terms govern your use of the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use NovelLush. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the app store's displayed age rating and applicable age requirements, and be able to agree to these terms. If you are a minor where you live and use is permitted, a parent or guardian must consent and supervise purchases. The service is not directed to children under 13.
You may read using a guest account. Keep your device and account secure. Guest access depends on credentials stored on the device; uninstalling the app or deleting its data may prevent recovery of a guest wallet. Signing into an account opens that account's wallet. Separate guest wallets are not automatically combined. Use only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to use.
Reading, book coins and automatic chapter access
Free chapters can be read without spending coins. Opening a paid chapter automatically uses the required book coins if you have sufficient balance and no existing entitlement or applicable VIP access. There is no separate confirmation for each chapter. Successfully unlocked chapters do not charge again for the same entitlement. Consumption appears in Transaction History. If the available balance is insufficient, the app offers recharge or membership options; it does not automatically buy a coin pack or subscription.
Chapter pricing and available content may change. The server checks the current price and access before completing an unlock. If a price cannot be validated or a request fails, reading may pause for a retry. Coins are a service credit for eligible digital content, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, except where law requires otherwise. Purchased coins do not expire. Promotional reward eligibility and any applicable limits are displayed with the offer.
Store purchases and subscriptions
Paid digital purchases are processed through the app store's purchase sheet. Review the store-displayed product, total price, currency and subscription period before confirming. Store availability, taxes and pricing may vary by region. A disabled or unavailable purchase option cannot be purchased.
VIP subscriptions provide the access described in the offer for the subscription period. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew and charge through your store account unless cancelled under that store's rules. Manage or cancel renewal in Apple or Google subscription settings; cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Deleting NovelLush or your account does not cancel store billing. Any trial or introductory offer applies only when displayed and subject to store eligibility.
Use Restore for eligible restorable purchases and subscription entitlements. Finished consumable coin purchases are not restored by the store as unused coin packs; balances are maintained by the associated NovelLush account. For billing, refunds or mistaken charges, use the store's support process and contact NovelLush for account-delivery issues. Valid refunds and revocations may remove related access, coins or promotional rewards. We do not charge your payment method outside an explicit store purchase or an authorized subscription renewal.
Content and acceptable use
We grant a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app and read content available to your account. Content and artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders. Do not copy, redistribute, commercially exploit or bypass access controls, except as permitted by law or express authorization. Do not abuse rewards, interfere with the service, access another person's account, send unlawful material or harass others. The Acceptable Use Policy in the app gives more detail.
Fiction may include mature themes. Follow content notices and the app store age rating. Catalogue and feature availability may change; where purchased access is materially affected, contact support for an appropriate remedy subject to applicable rights. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but will take reasonable steps to address service problems.
Account deletion and service restrictions
You can request account deletion in Me → Settings → Delete account. Deletion removes access to that account and its remaining coins and entitlements; review the in-app notice before confirming. Financial and security records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy. Cancel store subscriptions separately before deleting an account.
We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful use or a material breach of these terms. You can contact support to dispute a restriction. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
Contact, disputes and changes
Use Me → Contact us or the NovelLush support page for service, content, purchase-delivery or privacy concerns. Include relevant account or transaction identifiers, never passwords or payment-card details. We will try to resolve concerns in good faith. Applicable United States law and mandatory rights where you live continue to apply; these terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current effective date will be shown in the app. Material changes will be communicated where required, and new purchase terms will apply prospectively. Apple's standard licensed application terms also apply where required by the App Store.
